Based on facts, Rinha discusses the polemical clandestine fights in a secret party in which drugs and drinks are served on silver trays. The party attracts powerful playboys, alumni of the American school in São Paulo, that have fun betting fortunes in poor fighters who wrestle in an empty swimming pool for a few miserly dollars.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Marcelo Galvão was born in December, 1973, in Rio de Janeiro. He graduated in Publicity and Advertisement at the FAAP and started his career as a copywriter. In 1999, he left this career and went to study cinema at the New York Film Academy. He became scene director and a screenwriter. Marcelo Galvão has been a partner in Gatacine since 2003, and has directed the feature films Quarta B, Lado B – Como fazer um longa sem grana no Brasil, and Bellini e o Demônio.
